We are at Pleasant Lake RV for 27 a night, with Good Sam rate. Great resort and very quiet at night...you can hear the wild burros fart in the early AM. Will check out "The Rally" tomorrow. Then we must decide if we will adjust the travel plans home, due to a projected storm.

Funny.... somehow, hail just feels better when you're on vacation. Drove from San Clemente, CA to Peoria, AZ, in all kinds of weather today. Snow in Banning, clear skies in Blythe and cold rain and hail just about everyplace else. We are now safe and sound off the road. Tomorrow, weather permitting, we'll see the Angels vs. the Rockies.

This Wednesday is my last PT session. That is almost 6 mos after my total knee replacement. If you don't work it and do what the doctors and therapists tell you it will only cause you more pain. The key it to move it and ICE it!!
Get better. I KNOW what you are going through.

I will have surgery on my right knee again. On Sept 6th I will have a total knee replacement with a support post in the lower bone. Will be off work for a month.

Rode the Big Trees Narrow Gauge railroad in Felton this afternoon. Nick really got a big kick out of it !!! Wished a few of you rail fans could have been with us .
OH, FINE, rub it in. I have been wanting to ride that train for a Looonnng time. We drove by the Fort Bragg train and I so wanted to stop and ride that one but it was not in the cards on that trip.
Linda showed me the pic of Vince and Nicky from FB and Nicky had one BIG grin on his face. Looked like both of you had a great time.
Geeze, who hasn't done the Skunk Train out of Ft. Bragg? Slacker!

Day 11 after knee replacement. Went to Kohls and was on my feet for over 30 minutes. Yeah!! Got some clothes on the clearance rack.
