Steve, that is the current rig, but we don't fulltime, nor gate guard anymore. When we did we had a 39' Teton and FL60, and yes, it was plenty of room :B
If it was just one of us, we both agree that we could fulltime in our camper. With 2, it is a bit tight, tho with modifications to the table area, it would be much more comfortable.

Had the fiver and knew we would not stay in SoCal after retirement. Put the farm and businesses on the market, sold in 3 weeks, turnkey. Got moved into the fiver and finished the last month of work, then hit the road......9 years of fulltiming did not dampen the enthusiasm......but life interfered and here we are :B

Yes, it could be that the chestnut color was bleached out brown or deep chestnut. Sun will bleach the coat. Did he come from a different climate?

I did a lot of hauling from SoCal to Sacto. I used 58 whenever possible. It is a good road, especially with live cargo.

We, also, were "lucky". We worked jobs that required we be available 24/7 and rarely vacationed for over 40 years. We retired youngish and thoroughly enjoyed 9 years of fulltiming and now live in one of the most beautiful area in the country.
We worked extremely hard and PLANNED :B and that is what I say to folk who say we were lucky..... It does not bother me in the least :B
Enjoy what you have worked for and let them be envious!

LOL, already checked out Minn...we filltimed for 9 years an it was part if the itinerary :B
Brought the camper home from winter storage today...now to get it loaded to camp and get the hitch. Once we pick up the boat we will be ready to go camp!!!!
