I hope they put it back that way when they are done. it was nice to do a slow drive by and admire the inlet and see if the fish were biting without having to stop at the fee booth. Cant wait till its all done.
Trap has a second dump station now (FINALLY), which cuts the wait time in half to dump your memories before you depart.:) I hope to get some time off of work one of these days, so I can have fun too.
We were there a few weeks ago, very nice how they now have the 2 dump stations and the exit pretty much straight out...

I remember years ago coming form the North you would go over the bridge, make a u-turn, then go into the ocean side park and under the bridge to get to the campground.... Memorial day weekend can't get here soon enough... will be at Trap for the 4th of July (second half of the week)

Has anyone been to the campground since the new bridge has been done? Just wondering how you enter the campground driving south over the bridge? while construction was going on it was a very sharp right at the end of the bridge, heading that way for memorial day..

My board had a very very small crack in it,, I would turn on the fridg and press the board and it would come on, but when I took pressure off it would stop,, I tried to fix the board, but it was better to just get a new board...

I have some cheap dark blue led light bars mounted around under my 5ers,, looks nice, and being a dark blue does not bother anyone, and if anyone was to say anything I would just turn them off... no problem,,, but most everyone I've camped next to ends up looking at them, taking notes and asking where I got them.

I would do the same as above, cover it with something.. how large is it? put some duct tape on the inside of the cargo door and then try to fill in the hole as best as you can, smooth it out on the outside, then a sticker, decal, reflector, or the outside light would work.

We made reservations for a site in a private owned park in Pa, they asked us about pets and we told them we have a cockapoo, reservations made, no problems,, our friends called to get a site, same thing asked about pets, they said yes, a beagle,, no reservations for you, beagles bark too much,,,, it was odd, but their rules,, our cancellation,, I'm not upset about the situation,,, we go elsewhere,, no problem...

We were in Florida in July 2011 and joined when we were at the Camping World in Orlando. I've had to request cards and a membership package at least twice and have not received anything yet, and forget about refinancing with them....

We have stayed at a KOA at Kingsland, Ga, right before going into florida, Pull thru sites, we don't unhook, nice pool and wifi, get up, hit the florida welcome center, then Fort Wilderness in 3 hours drive...

I must not be keeping up with things, when did they ban generators? I have not been there for years, mostly because the generators. the guy next to us left for the entire day leaving the generator on till 10pm...may have to go back... we now go to Seashore state park or Trap pond.
