RE: Slide Out Water Damage Repair or Not???

Same problem with my sunnybrook. couldn't figure out where it was leaking. It only leaked when the slide was out. crawled all over the top and checked sides. I removed all 49 screws along the sides and bottom, filled holes with caulk and installed new screws. then one rainy day I noticed water running down the side and instead of dripping off, it went under the slide. I finally figured out that it was actually sucking up in the bottom seam. This is where I found a lot of moldy stuff and crud. Cleaned this out real good and sealed the seam.
