gas vs diesel quality

In the same brand of MH.eg. gas Dutch Star and diesel Dutch Star- apart from maybe the air ride and the longevity of the diesel - is the qualty of the amenties inside the MH of the same qualty- things like cabintry, furniture, appliances etc.?

RE: Cover, yea or nay?

I live in an area where we get lots of snow and freezing and thawing. I have used a cover for several winters and I think it protects the MH. I find it easy to install by myself and even easier to remove. If we have a very heavy snowfall I may carefully shovel some off the roof - if I think the weight is a concern.

American Dream

I'm looking at 1999 American Dream with 66,000 miles for $47,000. This seems a very low price. Any opinions

RE: Roseair/Georgetown

Yes,it is a gasser. I now own a 99Georgetown and that is why I asked for opinions. I don't think I would buy another Georgetown. It is on a Ford chassis and I have no problems with that. It is the construction of the MH that gives me problems.

Roseair/Georgetown

Any opinions on the comparison of Rexhall Roseair 2002 and Georgetown 2004. Same price ,length, mileage and similiar floorplan.

RE: Problem with Ford V10 eng. or trans. in 01 Vacationer

I have had the same problem on at least two occasions in very heavy rain but I have a KPN /KNP filter. Might I get water ingestion with this filter?

RE: Sewer smell when driving

I had a similiar problem and I closed the bathroom roof fan/vent. I thought the odour from the black water tank vent was being sucked into the bathroom. It seemed to work.
