RE: Directory for Adult Only 55+ RV Parks?
Many Adult parks aren't listed if they are resident owned. West View Ridge 18 miles south of Disney in Haines City FL is one of those. I have my lot for rent next year and would love some kind of directory or website.. Hope someone answers you with one.

My husband is from DC and he says Gaithersburg on 355 off of 270 is the closest station to Gettysburg. 15 to 270 to 355. Should be exit 11 (270) over to 355.About 59 miles. 270 is busy 6am to 9 and 3-7 Good Luck

We have had a serious drought this year, when it rains the oils come up and it is slippery, we stay off the road for awhile if we can. I got caught on 27 the other week and stayed as far from the other drivers as I could.

You need to call TT, I don't think the no walk a way contracts have been legal for years, most states do not allow it. We took over a contract in 1998 and we can walk away at any time, just need to send them a letter. My girl friend just turned their old contract from 1988 in. To the original poster, if you have an Alliance contract, they are still in demand. Alliance makes res. 150 days ahead and is nationwide and park to park. Alliance always can make res 30 days ahead of any contract.

Our Dometic kept doing that, we had replaced both boxes so we had it wired direct. We thought the moter was overheating as it would stop and then let us put it up a few feet and do the same thing. Now it retracts slowly but doesn't stop.

We changed fluid every 2 yrs on the 2000 Adventurer, did a lot of mountain travel, no problem, did have Brake Buddy on toad.

Be sure you have dry brake fluid, we had ours changed on the gas MH before doing the Rockies and a brake on the toad. Enjoy your trip.

We replaced our 8 yr old XRV's with new ones with a date code of 6 thru 8 weeks. Our 8 yr old rear tires were excellent. The front had some checking at 7 yrs. They were in good shape and had about 44,000 miles.. I think you may have to go to a truck dealer as we did to get fresh tires. We are going on a long trip and felt we didn't want to wait any longer even though they passed inspection at the Michelin dealer. Good Luck

When you go into Disney, follow the signs for Magic Kingdom, FW is not on any of the signs until almost to Magic Kingdom. At MG thru the booth on far rt next to bus lane then immediate rt after the booth. Be careful as you will be crossing the bus lane.Just talked to family that got lost last week as there are no signs until almost to MG. Have fun.B

Live in ours 6 months and wondering if the poster about the W/D has a vented unit. I would like a drawer dishwasher but it wouldn't be a deal breaker.

We will be going to the valley next year for 2 months, 3 years ago when we were there was the coldest on record, FL this year has been very warm even in Jan. Sure hope we don't have record cold next year but will find plenty to do.

May have posted this before but we replaced our 8 yr old Michilin XRV's same size as yours in PA for $3000. We could not find comparable cheaper tires with enough clearance between the rear tires. Toyos were not available in our area.

RE: winter rv park or spot in Florida next Dec.
Citrus Vally south of Clermont FL has new park models and activities. Lots to do in the area. Except for 2 nights, weather has been great here this year. Mostly 70's-80's since October. Clerbrook north of Clermont has new park models, 3 heated pools, a golf course, and lots of activities. We almost bought a lot at Alligator Point but I didn't want a co-op, nice place, pool was on the smaller side. I like that area better than around the lake.
