RE: KZ Sportsman front electric jacks

Check for a loose ground. From time to time I would have to loosen the bolts holding the jack and retighten to improve the ground.

RE: Air Conditioner Mystery

If the module board is defective, you will have to replace it. There are no individual repair parts available for the module board.

RE: starter capacitor help

The number you have listed is the number from the control box. If you use a flashlight and look up and beyond the galvanized control box, you will see a model/serial number label on the bottom of the air conditioner. Jot down the model, serial and product number and call 1-800-544-4881 which is Dometic's help line.

RE: Air Conditioner Mystery

Your air conditioner is probably controlled by a module board and it will have two relays. One controls the compressor, the other the blower motor. If the blower will shut off and the compressor continues to run, the compressor relay is stuck in the closed position. If the compressor shuts off and the blower continues to run, the blower relay is stuck closed. In either case, the board will have to be replaced.
Hope this helps.

RE: 1999 Sunnybrook 33RKFS Unknown kitchen switch by monitor

I have the exact same SunnyBrook model and year. It is the 110 Volt switch for your water heater.

RE: Dometic Awning

You might try unplugging the individual motor wires from the control box and connect to a battery (a drill battery will work) to see if you can open/close each awning. If so, the control box is probably the culprit.
Hope this helps.

RE: Advent A/C Units? Your Thoughts?

Having spent most of my working life in the RV industry, I have watched several companies enter the market with a roof top air conditioner and eventually they dissapear. Carrier a well known large company discontinued marketing their RV air conditioner about 2 years ago. No reason to believe this one will be any different.

RE: Electric awning leaking from underneath

It is normal to have moisure in the fabric if you are unable to open it after a rain and allow it to dry. This happened to my previous manual awning and also to my present power awning.

RE: Fridge trips GFI...

The heating element may have drawn moisture from a lack of use. You could plug the refrigerator into a drop cord from another power source, allow the refrigerator to run for a few hours. You may also accomplish the same thing by operating it on gas for a few hours to generate heat in the boiler which will dry the element.

RE: Norcold 4dr refer with leaking ice maker

Check the water solenoid valve at the rear of the refrigerator. It may have a grain of sediment in the seat not allowing it to shut off and continually drip water up to the ice harvester. Remove the small hose leading up to the ice maker and see if the valve continues to drip/leak a small amount of water.
