but, but would wait until the Razr is shipping with Ice Cream Sandwich. This should be sometime during first quarter 2013..
Is this a typo?.........because The Razr will no longer even be available come the first quarter of 2013......there will be something way better by then!

My son has the Verizon Motorola Droid Bionic. I have the Droid X. His is 10 times faster than mine. As soon as I can upgrade this April, I will also have the Bionic.
I have the Bionic right now...........you are right......it's fast!........but, I would not waste an upgrade on the Bionic in April.....wait and see what is new on the horizon after the next CES show in January.......by April or may Motorola might have the latest Droid ready by then......the Bionic has dual processors.....I am reading the next generation will be quad processors.......unless the bionic is close to free I would wait for the 2012 stuff.......

It's Ice Cream Sandwich, Adroid 4.0. Current Android 2.3 is Gingerbread. For tablets, Android 3.0 is Honeycomb. And why Google uses desert names for Android is anyone's guess?
Not only are they dessert names............but, they are alphabetical in order.......

I have seen more than one review saying the Razr is better than the Nexus...
..and if I am not mistaken the upgrade to ICS for the Razr should be a download that will show up on your phone...
The problem with the Razr is it does not have a removable battery.......when it is dead.....your done talking/surfing for a while until you can get to a charger.....

ice cream shoppe? Perhaps you mean "Ice Cream Sandwich" AKA Android 4.x which can only currently be found on the Galaxy Nexus.
The Motorola Bionic and Razr will be getting the ICS (Ice cream sandwich) upgrade sometime in Q1 2012

If you are looking for a good movie to see this week.......
We went and saw Stephen Spielberg's new movie, War Horse yesterday........Excellent story!.....The attention to detail to the time period was incredible......Spielberg is a master story teller!

I rooted my original Droid.......Loved it.....I really loved getting rid of the bloatware!........made it a bit faster.......
That said.......I'm scared to root my new Bionic......Moto is still updating the operating system and Ice Cream sandwich is to be installed over gingerbread......I think I will wait until the updates are over to root.......
