RE: Dometic Duo Therm Comfort Control 4 Button

Call these guys they can help Dinosaur Electronics, Lincoln City Oregon (541-994-4344) M-F 8to5 PST. Had mine rebuilt 75.00 plus shipping(minimal)turnaround was three days from the time i took it off the wall. This was a far better cry than buying the updated control boxs and going with a five button although if you ever do replace a unit you will have to go with a five button and a control box on the old unit and adjust your DIP switch. But short term have it rebuilt because new 4-buttons are hard to come by, believe me there quick. 3708

RE: Do i have an inline fuel filter?

More than likely you do, check the inner side rail right behind the entry step, you will have a inline filter 1/2 inch in 1/2 inch out. 3708

RE: Step well cover won't extend, is there a fuse? where?

More then likely its air activated so check your wifes switch and make sure a wire did not drop off then check your switch if all wires are connected and coach air is up you should have a step well cover. A loose wire to the switch was the culprit on mine. 3708

RE: Camping near New York City in the Fall

Another question on Liberty Harbor....
How difficult is the access to this park with a Suburban and travel trailer?
Many thanks for your thoughts, ideas and suggestions
Katherine
Easy access getting into the park, but getting there it seems my DW and i can make anything difficult. Basicly you get there on a extension of 95 heading towards the Lincoln Tunnel and you take 14c and follow the signs, if you follow your Garmin it gets you there on a pothole road so try to follow the signs. After you get there and take some short day trips it seems to make more sense. We pretty much stuck with transit or subways of some sort. Traffic laws in New Jersey are merely suggestions.3708

RE: Camping near New York City in the Fall

Liberty Harbour RV Park i think is the best and most convienient. We stayed there a week first part of last November, your looking at about 60.00 a night, FMCA will give you another 10 percent or if you stay there a week you get the seventh night free. Youre about 5 to 10 miniutes from PATH a underground train which interchanges with the subway right at Macy's which from there you can go anywhere. Your baisically staying on the New Jersey side which at the Marina you can see Ellis Island or the Statue. You have access to the Train which can take you to Hoboken(Carlos Bakery, Cakeboss) a unique town in itself. Also not to far is the Brownstone resturant(famous for Pancakes). As far as the park its a paved parking lot and a rough one at that meaning pot holes, but you have to remember where your at--a rocks throw fom New York City, i wouldn't miss staying there for all the Tea in China. 3708
