RV GIVEAWAY SWEEPSTAKES RULES & REGULATIONS
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
2. Eligibility: This contest is open to all residents of the United States or Canada (excluding Puerto Rico) who are age 18 or older with a valid driver's license.
3. Employees and their immediate families of Coast to Coast, Shasta or any promotional partners and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries or agencies are ineligible to participate in this contest.
4. How to Enter: You may enter the contest by: (1) Completing an entry form at any participating Coast to Coast Affiliated Resort (2) By calling 1-800-538-8136; (3) By completing an online entry form located at www.coastresorts.com/contest.cfm, (4) By mailing a postcard including your name, address, and telephone number to "Sweepstakes", Coast to Coast RV Giveaway Sweepstakes, 64 Inverness Drive East, Englewood, CO 80112. Entries must be postmarked by February 1, 2002. Only one entry per person. All entries become the exclusive property of the sponsors of the sweepstakes and will not be acknowledged or returned.
5. Prize: There will be one winner in this contest. The winner will receive a Shasta Sprite Class C Motorhome Model 210 CB valued at $47,000.00. No alternative prize, cash, or other substitution is permitted except by the sponsor of this contest in the event the prize is unavailable. The prize is nontransferable. All federal, state, local or any other taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Selection of Winner: The winner will be determined by a random drawing of all entries received. The drawing will be held upon completion of the entry eligibility period on Friday, February 15, 2002, at Coast to Coast Resorts, Inc., 64 Inverness Drive East, Englewood, CO 80112. All decisions will be final. The winner will have ten days to claim his/her prize. The sponsor is not liable for late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify the winner. The listing of the winner can be obtained from Coast to Coast Resorts, Inc. at the address noted above.
7. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning will be dependent upon the number of entries received.
8. Promotional Activities: The winner acknowledges that acceptance of this prize constitutes permission to use his/her name, photograph and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion on behalf of the sponsor in whatsoever manner as determined by the sponsor. The winner further acknowledges that he/she will receive no compensation other than receipt of the prize.
9. General: By entering this contest each participant agrees to be fully bound by these Rules and Regulations and the decisions of the sponsor which shall be final. Failure to fully comply with these Rules and Regulations may result in the winner's disqualification and another winner may be selected. Winner will be required to complete a form releasing the sponsor, their employees, employees' immediate families, affiliates, subsidiaries or agencies from any and all liability for losses or injuries of any kind whatsoever resulting from acceptance of the prize and/or from participation in the sweepstakes contest.
10. THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
