I got my wonderful Ziggy from a "reputable" breeder 11 years ago. Ziggy lost her sight 3 years ago to PRA. We loved her even more because of this. Monday she was operated on.. for a mass in her mouth.....pathology came back today...malignant squamous cell carcinoma....bad enough but the pathology showed 3margins clean, but 1 with invasion beyond the margin ...my vet will consult with a doggie oncologist but thinks a good chance of cure with another surgery...I'm so scared for my littlr girl. I lost Mozart about 18 months ago and am finally at peace with that lost...I'm really in te dumps...add to that my prostate cancer has returned for the 3 rd time...my options are running out.....life seems awfully cruel right now.

Our sincere prayers are with you and Ziggy. So sorry for what certainly would get anybody down....but keep the faith my friend. You may have exceeded your lifetime allotment of BAD luck to the point that all the good will persevere.

So sorry to hear this. My husband is a prostate cancer survivor. We will certainly pray for you and little Ziggy.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to you and Ziggy. I look at our two fur baby dachshunds every day and am so thankful they're been pretty healthy. Ziggy is lucky to have you. Hang in there and keep us informed to Ziggy's progress.
