Quality should be standard equipment, unfortunately it is not on many new units.

Better quality control. Everything should be working and put together correctly before the unit leaves the factory.

An option for simple graphics on the outside as opposed to the mass of chicken tracks you are forced to take.

X2

I would like to see simple less luxurious, but very high quality materials and workmanship.

I also second the option of simpler or no graphics.

Would like to see better space utilization and configuration options for more or less sleeping.

Get rid of the graphics completely. They are a total waste of money.

I saw a Jayco in plain white (it was awaiting delivery/installation of KOA custom graphics)and it looked just fine.

I see most of these comments are from trailers other than Jayco eagles. The complaints of quality and dealer issues must not have a 2 year warrenty that I had.
I've had issues but called and this years model has made corrections on items that I had complained about .............. so I just orderd a new one!

My only complaint today would be the electric awnings are not wind worthy. They should have add ons to hunker them down like the old ones. That way they can down more ofter and not need to be rolled up when there is a wind.

One of the most common complaints I read about on the forums is RIDE/HANDLING. Get it correct from the factory or add it on at the plant.
