A 10+ amp automatic battery charger direct from pedestal to the battery will keep the propane furnace going all night. Might need an extension cord while at walmart getting the charger.

Your convertor likely has one or two 40A fuses on it intended to protect it. If they blew, then you will have no power. Also, did you actually confirm by plugging something in that your pedestal has power. Is it possible that the GFCI in the bathroom or elsewhere tripped. It could power other outlets on the circuit. You should still have the 12v power from your battery, but it might not last long.

It's a mystery. The repair shop is having trouble finding the issue also. Great... kind of think it's the converter/inverter - which they don't stock of course. Or at least not the size we have...
Don't know what the solution is... right now. But we have to have heat or head south and skip our trip with friends who were really looking forward to visiting the grand canyon.
Anybody interested in an Alpenlite? Cheap!!

If it was me I'd check all connections to insure they are tight (including the breakers & neutrals) inside the distribution panel. Sometimes a heavy load will burn/oxidize the wiring so that the connection becomes intermittent...

Between my converter (Power Systems converter/battery-minder) and the hot side of the battery there is a 50Amp in line fuse. Like an automotive blase type, only bigger. It was taped to the back side of the driver's landing gear leg.

I would look at the breakers and all of your GFCI outlets, most likly one has tripped, killing all of your AC. If all are good (reset) then time to get out the multimeter and check for incoming power and power at the breaker box and work your way back.
