We just purchased the new kz escape spree 18rbt.. The day I picked it up I went alone and it was cold and since I new how the bed ends worked I didn't open them.. Today it was nice outside and we wanted to get some measurements so we opened the trail and bend ends..
This was a brand new trailer a few issues..
1. There are a couple dime size stains on the mattress..
2. On the tent ends there is sme yellow stand and a couple of black stains almost looks like grease finger prints.
3. A piece of molding was I stalled wrong and looks funny.
I took pictures of everything and will post pictures when I figure out how. I have emailed the dealer and I'm sure he will take care of it cause he said and it's states on paper work final approval pending warm weather to open trailer up..
Should I ask for a new camper or let them try and fix issue ?

Let them try to make it right and if they can't than ask for a new one. Mr. Clean magic erasers work very well on grease and other spots if you want to try to clean it yourself.

They should be able to fix the issues. Normally if you had not taken delivery of the trailer before finding stains on the bed, it would be washed like a carpet cleaning machine, and vacuumed dry, you would not have known about it.
To bad the guy installing your bed had dirty hands and was not required to keep them clean in the factory - either the mattress factory or the RV manufacture.
The other stains might have been caused by minor water leaks. Here is a picture of what some have done to seal the water leaks, by finding where the air leaks out and seal all the cracks.

They used a fan to create pressure within the RV, and spread soapy solution all over it. A chemical sprayer works well for this, you can get 1/2 gallon one at Home Depot for about $7. Use a soap that makes good bubbles, and keep it kinda thick. Dishwasher soap and laundry detergent are designed to not make bubbles.
Use a lot of care on that slippery roof or stay off it entirely if possible.

wow, that's all that's wrong and you're asking about getting another trailer?
consider yourself lucky that you only had a few fixable things.
i don't see anything major to warrant another replacement trailer.
finding little things like this, are pretty normal in today's RV world.

The trailer is yours.........
The items will/should be addressed under warranty.
BUT the trailer is yours.

This is why I brought it up on here.. as someone who has never bought anything brand new I'm not sure what is pass or fail.. I told her that a new trailer was not even a thing I was willing to ask for..
She is a little OCD about keep things perfect..
Thanks again..

I personally wouldn't try to clean or do anything until the dealer sees the HTT. Let them be the judge

So what you're saying Dan is it's ok if you buy a brand new car with stains on the driver seat !!!! In my opinion. I don't think it's right.
