North Beach Camp Resort in St. Augustine has two rental cabins available. I have no idea what it could cost, but it appears they are not occupied much during Jan - Mar while we are here. Who knows, they might be willing to give you a deal for a long-term lease. Search for their website for further info. Camp on!

Looks nice cabins might be a little too rustic for several months.

Barrington Hills RV Resort in Hudson Fl does rent rv's for three months or more. You can look at the website. This is a nice park with plenty of things to do here and we love the heated pool.

go to www.woodalls.com and below where you insert the state, click the box that says "on site rentals" Should give you some options. There is a new park in the panhandle but it get a bit chilly there in the winter. It's called Live Oak Landing and has brand new cabins for rent. Not on the beach but close enough to drive there.

I have first-hand knowledge of Imperial Bonita Estates* in Bonita Springs and Cresthaven** in West Palm Beach. Both rent units fully furnished. Both are in the $1000 to $1200 per month range. Both are south of Lake Okeechobee where the really good Florida weather is located; albeit on opposite sides of the state.
PM if interested.
* This co-op rents out a few hundred RV sites which keep co-op fees low.
** This condo assoc. does not contain RV sites.

Just curious as to why you specifically want to rent in an RV park? That said, if a mobile home will do, there are rentals available EVERYWHERE all over Florida - you just have to decide where you want to go and what your budget is.
Florida is full of short / medium term furnished rentals and prices probably go from $200 to $10k+ / week.

michelb is correct, but the trick is to find them. Many owners are now setting a minimum term such as three or four, or more months. Finding the place you want for one or two months is getting increasingly difficult.
The reason for the minimum? Since units are not selling, owners must meet their expenses within the market time; and many condo associations allow owners to rent only once each calendar year.

Well my thinking is that we have always liked Rv parks and just because we are not going to pull that far we would still consider staying in that atmosphere, old habits maybe.
