Are you sure those facts are from the FDA? How do you know? Did you find her info on an FDA website? If yes then I would trust that info!

Mr. Roadtrek: Perhaps you misunderstood my post. I am not doubting th FDA website nor am I convinced that Mexican Vanilla is safe. That link to the Queen of Vanilla is not the same info that is on the FDA site. It is her sales pitch. One is a website that contains info to protect people from a possible bad product. The other is a woman posting info to sell her so called superior product! Had she just linked to the FDA or cut and pasted the pertinant info her comments would have been valid. Presently they are not.

"Presently they (her comments) are not (valid)."

I could accept, "her comments are less credible," but where she says the same thing the FDA says, I don't see how her comments could be invalid, if just cutting and pasting the FDA's version would make them valid.

I thought she did a good job of explaining the issues.

The only part that i take with a grain of salt is her belittling the label requirement enforcement in Mexico. And her question that one can safely buy in Mexico. I don't have enough knowledge to judge those statements.
