After rinsing the lines, and opening the valves to the water heater and filling it, getting out what air is there, you'd be surprised how much air is in the system still. Using the outside shower to get out the excese air is the trick that removes 98% of the air out of the water system and hardly any air is left at the taps. Also one needs to get out all the air that is trapped so the water pump functions properly. It's kinda like having a hose in your yard. Two plastic tubs and the dish drainer fit o the table, and hot water from the outside shower. Happy Camping!
