I mounted one of these fence posts under the TT. Putting it right next to the drain valves makes emptying the tanks easy. Got tired of running to the back of the TT with the vavles in the middle. The 4" bumper tube was border line for the 90deg fitting I have. With the 5" fence post it all fits with ease.

We rinse and really clean the hoses and stuff out good then coil them up tight and put them into a rubbermaid air tight tote that we keep either in the truck bed while traveling or in the under camper storage compartment. This has been working for us well for a couple of years now! Best wishes!

I store our slinky in our beer and soda cooler. The cold from the ice helps control the odor.

Probably really limits consumption at the campsite. Of course, after while you really don't care - tastes pretty good. LOL!!!!!!!!!!

...and no one asks for ice in their drinks...lol.

I don't really put my slinky in the cooler. It rides in the bumper, but I thought I make a few of you laugh. Just trying to have some fun.

At the risk of being called callous, etc. do a search using "sewer hose storage" and you should get tons of ideas. Most involve mounting a 4 or 5 inch fence post cover under the trailer attached to the frame rails.

Larry

Even when you have the back bumper for storage, after 4 or 5 years you get so much flaky rust inside of it, it puts little pin holes in your hose. So you end up going to the fence post cover anyway. It's a fairly easy thing to do if you have a modicum of handyman skills and not really that expensive.
