Weber Q without a doubt. Stores easily, does a great job of cooking.......better than my $800 stainless, cast bronze burner monster on my patio at home!

Beautiful small unit from napoleon, Big enough and small enough at the same time. And cleans easily.

I carry a small Weber Smoky Joe, throw my 18" Weber grill in the PU, and the Coleman Road Trip Grill in the basement. I use the Coleman as a stove outside with the accessory stove grate. I have a quick connect to my 5ver and we use it a lot to cook breakfast etc. outdoors. It may be overkill but we are prepared for most cooking needs.

Everyone here knows what the OP is referring to and that Grill and BBQ are interchangeable for his question. He wants a box that goes outside, makes heat for a STEAK, and can store it.

First thing you have to do is figure out where to store it. Then you know the size you're working with. Then read the reviews, but if many say it doesn't get hot enough, but others didn't have that problem realize that if you are using a large tank and open it rapidly the safety cuts in and you get very little gas. I have a cuisinart that just fits in my front storage compartment with my BBQ tools and like it a lot. Not good in strong wind, however, but few of them are.

We use the smaller round Weber charcoal grill. About 15" diameter. Short legs and I store it in the front storage area.

There isn't anything that can be grilled on charcoal that can't be grilled just as well on a gas grill EXCEPT ribs. Ribs always seem to taste better cooked over charcoal.

I always sneered a little at the weber following and continued to haul a clunker Coleman Roadtrip until one day I hurt my back loading that thing into the basement. Next trip I had Weber Q-100 with electric igniter, light, and the folding stand. Can't believe it took me that long to try one - fantastic.
