I have some left over pork shoulder roast in the freezer I'd like to use but not sure what to do with it. We have great bbq in this area so I wouldn't even attempt to make pulled pork with it,as I know mine wouldn't be as good,so what can I do with it? I have nice slices and some juice where I cooked it in a roast n bag with onions. I know you guys will come up with something good! thanks

Make some chili verde. Oh, I just realized it was already cooked.

Pork roast never goes to waste in our house. Usually just cook up more veggies and the heat the roast.
Maybe someone has some nice chinese cuisine use for cooked pork.

carnitas or pulled pork are my 2 go to items. There is also a pork version of stroganoff with mushroom gravy we really like.

Here is a good recipe - 1 can Progresso vegetable classics Lentil soup, dice pork and put in a pot. Bring to a boil for 5 - 10 minutes, this will get the flavors mixed. Let cool (it will be very hot). Serves 2, sodium 810mg + the pork sodium, 2g fat, 0 cholesterol, 9g protein. Charles
