Well, this thread reminded me to get my defective sensor off to TST and I did, not long ago. No hurry because we weren't going anywhere. Wrongo. Unexpected short trip (100 miles). Got to the CG and was hooking up the electric and, , passenger side inside dual tread was all off...just hanging there!

Guess which 1 of the 6 tires did not have a sensor? Yep. I don't know when it threw the tread but I know that I never felt or heard a thing. As to why...who knows. 4 yr old tire, 30K miles. Haven't hit anything. Was, I think, properly inflated (per 4 corner weights). Alas. There goes $500+. Hopefully my sensor is home when return.
