I received an e-mail with an attachment. It is legit. It's from the medical facility that my son is in out of state. They need to change primary care physician. When I try to print it using Microsoft word I get a pop up page telling me I have an open dialog box???? I can't get past this I have tried FF and IE. No difference.

Sometimes a dialog box will show up BEHIND the current window. Have you checked the task bar to see if an extra icon is there? Or used Alt + Tab to cycle through all open windows?

Also, try opening the file directly from within MS Word's file menu, not by clicking the file itself to open Word. See if it will print.
If not, you can try first converting it to a PDF file here, then print that file.
