When researching for comparable prices. Note how long the units have been on the market. Most likely they are the ones not selling.

My TV & TT did not garner any interest at what appeared to be a “competitive” price. After weeks I dropped the price of each by several thousand and they sold with in a week.

PPL might not be a bad idea to place it in a better market area. You must be realistic and follow their price guidance. The prices people ask and what units sell for are drastically different. The real comps are the actual sales prices which can be found on PPL site or Ebay as suggested above.

A great example on cause of RV's not selling. Anything that I see setting on the market of a while makes me thinks others know more than I know about the item.

If you expect to get top dollar for your coach, you have to list it in places that NEW buyers will look. Listing an RV for sale, in places where most of us are familiar, means your listing will be compared by "educated(?)" buyers, that own or have owned an RV in the past. Most of us know where to look and how to compare one unit against other similar units to get the best/lowest price.
This is not meant as derogatory against any buyers but experienced has taught me that a NEW buyer of ANYTHING major will make their decision based more on emotion than or actual price, within reason of course. You need to determine where a new buyer in your market will look. Most of us do not mind traveling but a new buyer might not want to venture out of his area to make the purchase. For a quick sale, just to get out from under the loan, advertise it everywhere at a very competitive(lower than others) price.

Selling a motor home is a lot like selling a stick & Brick home. Asking prices mean nothing. Research the SOLD prices to find the actual value. Our family inherited three houses in the last four years. We received no offers when listed at the realators price. We lowered the price 5K every month until the majic price point was found. All the houses sold when that price point was found. We took advantage of this market, when we bought our Florida home this year. The estate we bought from followed the same idea. After buying our house, many people in our sub lowered their asking price, and more houses sold.

Lots of great points here and also remember, dealers have more success selling because they take trades while most private sellers don't. Often times, this is what it takes to sell something.

looks like you need to drop your price to 59K as per the suggestion here but if your upside down because you financed like so many stupid people do then who knows what to do but 58-59K is the retail of that unit. Its a low end unit for sure
Did a Quick check and theres a 2005 CC 35 ft Diesel pusher with a slide nice cond. ask is 62K

Stick homes can't and won't sell when priced over an appraised value in the same way a MH can't and won't sell if priced more than NADA. Items in this price range 90% of the time need financing and there is no financing available if the price is wrong.

FWIW - My comments are not to be viewed as commenting on the price or condition of the OP's RV.

Have you gone to banks etc. and asked how much they would loan to purchase your unit? That will also give you some idea of what the price should be.I have this theory and it is generally true."Every thing I bought I paid too much for and everything I sold I didn't get enough for".You know it works for me.LOL.Keeping something until the prices go up usually means you lose it in depreciation.Do it, get it done, ease the stress, cry, what ever, but just do it, then treat yourself to some affordable luxury to ease the pain, don't look back.
