Why does it not come as a surprise to me that my poop bag topic has morphed into a happy birthday Walter topic.

If this topic were in ATC, the boss would probably say "Keep it on topic, people!", and all your wonderful birthday wishes would be deleted!

Really...isn't that why Walmart gives us so many bags when we check out? My favorite brand? Definitely Walmart.

Still having fun!

flip over sandwich bags ...

no, seriously we buy whatever roll of bags will fit in the carrier which is attached to the leash. Just got lazy about always having sandwich bags in our jean pockets and switched to a roll carrier afterall we have a chi ... not the GSD anymore.

When we walk our dogs, I carry the little plastic snack bags. Once while in a campground with our friends who have a Retriever, I noticed our friend watching me with interest. Finally, he said "look at that, we have to carry a plastic grocery bag and she only needs a $%#@# snack bag"

Used to use Walmart bags all the time but when traveling took up more space...besides seems like they have more holes than usual. I go online and buy rolls of blue bags....have rolls in truck, camper, house. We use the Walmart bags when I have more than one poop bag on our walk (golden, 2 dachshunds)...load the seperate bags in the Walmart Bag. Hate the clear ones....yes it shows I pick up after....but hate the look of carrying around poop you can see. My best ones are the free poop station on our walk.

I have two labs that like to spread the wealth so to speak. On a 20 minute walk, I can end up with 4 bags. And the female likes to drop a little here, a little there, so that I end up having to pick up multiple piles. And they definitely don't get a low residue food.

So the pockets get stuffed with multiple Wal-mart or Kroger bags on each walk.
