Awww shucks, just starting into my 3rd season with our Roo and I noticed that the front bunk is starting to delaminate. We have a bubble, about 8" wide that runs left to right all the way across the bottom of the bunk.
I'm going to get some pics and will call FR to see what they can do for me.

We had good luck with Forest River and a free factory repair of our unit. Mike Anglemyer was our contact. Take a look at our posts if you haven't read them already. What year is your Roo?

I feel your pain Steve. A bubble on the front bunk was the first sign that I had issues (this was on the 21SS that I used to own). I was still within the 2 year warranty period, and all was covered by Forest River. They were easy to deal with and did a great job getting it replaced. Good luck on your repair.

I feel ypur pain too. I used a drill (5/32") and 5 min "flow mix" epoxy, took 4 tubes but we had a pretty big area to fix

I would be very careful using large amounts of 5 minute epoxy all in a short amount of time. 5 minute epoxy can get hot enough to do damage when mixed in large amount ( several ounces). You may want to look at some construction type epoxy from West Systems ( http://www.westsystem.com/ss/ ) for larger jobs. They take longer to cure but they are much safer and more predictable for the type of job you are looking at. West Systems also has some very good information on their website about construction and repair that you may want to review before attempting a repair with epoxy.
