I call my land and home "Windsong". Yes, after the old John Denver song because all you can hear there is the sound of the wind in the trees - nothing unnatural.

My MH's, including this one, have all been named "Windy" as a diminutive of Windsong, because the MH is my home when I'm not home. Also because the dogs and I spend a good bit of time in it way out on the remote high plains where the wind is a living force.

We just call it "home". If we're out somewhere and it is time to go, we say "Let's go home."

It's had three,
"The Beast" was first then came "Moby Motorhome". Those only lasted till we got used to it, now I call it the "Hurtlin' Turtle". Wifey has several of her own names for it depending on what she's doing. @#$%&*#$$@ is it's name when she's paying the bills, but "What was that?" or "What now?" covers most of her pet names.

Our first rv was named Hazel and everyone called it by name. When I got my current rv I named it Big Bertha because when I tranferred the stuff from Hazel to it I still had lots of room. But for some reason nobody calls it Big Bertha so on our last trip I changed the name to Bertha Sue, we'll see if that sticks.
