Take the panel off the wall to access the wires behind it. When mine did this I found the white (ground/common) wire loose and when I re-tightened the wire nut, everything worked right again.

I used to stress over those lights. It took several years, but I finally realized that the system is cheap junk that will never work.
Now, I ignore all of them.
I can open a door and check the propane level at the tank.
I can open a door and check the fresh water level at the tank.
I can open a door and check the gray tank level.
I can look down the toilet and see the black tank level.
If the lights are bright, the batteries are good.
I never use the monitor panel anymore. the GOAL (Get Out And Look) system is always perfect!

Mowermech hit it right on the head - THEY JUST DON'T WORK! Set your own "GOAL" Most of the time it's just stuff hung up on the inside of the tank shorting out the probes. Everyone seems to have a non-effective way of cleaning them off. They still don't work right. Forgiddaboutit.

Guess I'll claim to be an exception. We had 5'er for over 5 years and now MH for 2. About 3 or 4 times a year I clean black tank with a wand down the toilet. All of mine read correctly. If I wait to long to do black tank cleaning it will be inaccurate but after cleaning is good to go again.

No idea what might be causing your issue although the lose/bad ground for panel seems like something to check. But, I do find mine to be useful.

If it's a KIB panel, gOOgle KIB Enterprises, go to their website, and you'll see user manuals and troubleshooting. I was able to fix ours using their info. There's also a free tech support line.

Roger that. Should be in sync with KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid).

Most of mine are incorrect at some time or another, but the propane is usually more accurate than the rest, but as fisher60 said, if ALL yours are wrong, it may very well be a ground.

My panel is a L5097-59. I don't know who makes it but if you un-hook the white wire, ALL the lights light up.

Jim, yours looks like VentLine. This Thread on RV.net's called VentLine but then talks about KIB.
Still, the reference to Chris Bryant's site is good to remember.
