Does anyone know if Fraserway RV and the Adventurer RVs are financially connected, by the same owner? Just curious, as I see so many of the Fraserway RV rentals in northern Canada and in Alaska. Suspect I saw, 50 to 100 of their rental rigs in Alaska on our last few trips north. Talked to some of the renters, mostly English and German tourists, got very positive comments about their rental. Most rented out of Whitehorse and Edmonton. See now that Fraserway is having a fall sale of their new and used(rental units). On our 2004 and 2006 trips we saw several Bigfoot RVs with the FraserWay rental signs on them but last summer, all appeared to be Adventurer brand rigs. We just got an Adventurer, slide in truck camper dealer, here in Floria, Conibear RV. Sure are nice looking RVs they are building. Adventurer seems to be, one of the few, RV brands that is expanding, not going out of business, as are so many of the past brands.

Saw this truck camper in Seward at the beach campground. German couple rented it in Whitehorse.

Yes they are tied together closely. I only see the Adventure brand as a rental/ex-rental on their lot.

I have a friend that works for Fraserway in Calgary and yes the Adventurer line is a so called private label brand made by a manufacturer only for their rental fleet. They have offices all across Canada from Halifax to Vancouver area.

In Whitehorse, the Fraserway dealer has a lot next door selling their "used" units. Lots of nice campers and Class C rigs in there. Didn't stop to look as we were only driving by as it was next door to the vet we were visiting.
Lots of Fraserway units on the road this year too. Probably more popular than CanaDream even.

Here is the Adventurer website:

Not sure what way if anyway Adventurer and Fraserway RV are or were connected.
But Adventurer campers are now made in the USA, at Yakima, WA.
Your picture shows their very nice rear step arrangement probably the best of any truck camper.

I talked to a German gentleman who rented a camper from them and asked if he liked it. He said he like it and it handled the bumps pretty well.

Joe, while on the South Canol we met a German couple travelling with a Northern Lite camper http://www.northern-lite.com/ten20001.html
They have four models.
Very nice rig and well made. Many good features. We were impressed with the quality. http://www.northern-lite.com/construction1.html
Canadian-made in Kelowna B.C.
We've been impressed with the Arctic Fox units too, but now think we'd prefer the Northern Lite series.

This past summer, starting at the CG in Lake Louise, and a handful of other times in YT and AK., we saw the following combo. A brand new loaded four door Superduty, a nice sized Bigfoot on top, and Fraserway stickers all over. I guess they decided to hold on to their Bigfoots and keep sliding them onto new trucks?

AFAIK there is a family tie in somehow. Whether that is the same owner or brothers etc I'm not sure. But you'll be hard pressed to find an Adventurer new anywhere but Fraserway.
Nice simple and cleanly built units when I looked a few years ago.
