Bad thermostat…
Bad ground…
Bad wire…
The furnace and the AC each have their own control boards…

Off the top of my head, I can think of two two possible issues you may be having
1. make sure you actually have 120v power to the trailer. run something that takes 120 volts vs using the 12v system such as the Microwave if you have one. If no power, check to make sure your Electrical pedestal did not trip the braker in it. Make sure ALL circuit breakers are working. i'd turn them all off and then back on, including the Main
2. It could be your t-stat. If neither the AC nor the Furnace will turn on, this is the only piece that is used in both systems. It is possible that your t-stat is bad. Not sure how to test this personally.

reading through this id agree with kmbelt id pull the thermostat off the wall and look at the wiring or look for shorts there.
i'm a real rebel so id probably try jumping a wire to the fan to see if it would turn on if the thermostat was bypassed.
if it worked my short term solution would be going down to the auto parts store to put a simple toggle switch on it to bypass the thermostat until i could get home and spend some time putting a new thermostat in vs. spending camping time working on the RV.
this work around assumes your wires are identifable so you dont burn any thing up and that your comfortable playing with electricity.

The fan won't even come on. I see a smaLl black spot on one of the circuits on the t-stat.
I have power to all 110v and 12. No I hear nothing when I turn the air on.

When I say 110-v to the ac I mean at the ac… I am betting you do… and think you problem is in the dc end… you can short wires at the t-stat to test the ac, but I wouldn’t begin to say which with all the combinations and models out there…
Standing at the t-stat and shorting the dc power wire with the fan should turn the fan on but that is all that would run, shorting it with the wire that controls the compressor would only run the compressor and you should hear a relay click in the ac’s control module… but the ac’s mother board could be bad not allowing the relays to work, or the relays themselves could be bad…
This can be confusing even for a ac man not familiar with this type of ac, and it would be best to have it serviced by a professional… the wiring between the t-stat and the ac could also be causing the problem…
On many of them there are no parts available and the entire dc module must be replaced…
For the typical owner like myself changing the t-stat might be the first consideration and if you know where they pick up the ground you can check that…
I was told by a tech just today this is sometimes caused by using a t-stat not designed for these units… I don’t know if I believe that since most t-stats are basically universal (including the RV t-stat)… but I might add my trouble began soon after I switched to a hunter digital t-stat, but the problem was very intermittent, and I still have no evidence the t-stat caused the problem…
BTW I am having the exact same problem as you… mine is a Coleman Mach 3...
If it ends up that you need a new module it is a expensive part that is non returnable, so you need to be sure that is the problem, and NO CONDITION EXIST that will blow the new one on installation…
Since I have reached the end of my knowledge base on it, I will be calling to have it serviced… I full time and need both the furnace and the ac working correctly…
I have replaced the t-stat, and considered just putting a new ac in… but it would be a shame to do that and find the problem is in the wiring buried in the wall…
Please let me know if you find the problem on yours…
EDIT: On more thing I first removed the furnace and it needed the circuit board and I replaced it… it worked fine until I turned on the ac and got nothing… now the furnace isn’t working again…

What brand AC/Thermostat do you have. Dometic, Coleman, Carrier, Etc. Let us know and we can look up and tell you which wires to jump for testing purposes.

Ours did the exact same thing. We are pretty sure it is the thermostat. We just have to figure out how to get the thermostat off the wall. We have the coleman mach3 too. The thermostat is just the plain jane one that came with the camper. Ours works fine unless it ever kicks off. Getting it back on is an issue.
