Mine hasn't happened yet but the parts are on their way here. I'm going to change the range hood water pump switch to a 3-way and add one in the bathroom. The range hood is only one pantry/closet away from the bathroom so the wiring should be simple. I'm tired of trying to flush the toilet only to find I left the pump off. Plus with the bath near the door, roadside potty stops will be much easier. For now, everything in the camper is stock.

My most useful modifications were:
1)Installed a dinosaur board for the refrigerator and no more check light problems.
2)Put a memory foam topper on the mattress to get a better night's sleep.
3) Added cargo nets above the cabover windows for additional storage.

keep up the great suggestions guys! keep up the good work!
I'm very interested in putting in an inverter, adding a solar panel, doing some sort of rear porch, and i really like the cargo nets for more storage up in the cabover.

I've done a number of little things - but so far the best/biggest project I have done on our Lance was to make it more winter-worthy. I fixed all the pinched/poorly routed ductwork in the camper, and switched out a big 4" duct from the cabin with the 2" that went to the basement - added a manifold down there to split the 4" into three 2" ducts to get 2/3rd's of the basement heat going to the service bay (where the dump valves are) as that is where I had been having problems with it freezing. Secondly I insulated the he## out of the basement. I still need to do the rear-most part (the overhang.) You can see the details in the TCU here.
4" coming down to the basement plus insulated walls:

Manifold:

Two ducts to the service bay:

For some people this would not be important - but for us it was huge....

Carry along water pump to fill fresh tanks from our 60 gal reserves on LOOOONNNG primative camping trips (campground is what again?)

You sure seem unhappy with your travel lite. Mine had a leak right when i bought it, I knew about it and was convinced i would be able to fix it without to much of a problem. I found it (i think) where the front fiberglass "hood" and the sides of the camper meet. The screws that where holding the hood on were improperly put in, some were put in at 45 degree angles and some were put in and then removed. I took apart what i could, caulked the heck out of them. Problem solved and no more leaks.
