Weve been wanting to go to Nova Scotia for yearssssss.........and this time it's real.
We're leaving tomorrow morning.....direction Cabot Trail and Cape Breton Island.
When we're back, we'll have a lot of pictures for all of you who may someday go in that direction.
I'll keep in touch, as we're bringing the laptop with us.

Enjoy, Cabot trail is great. If driving into North Sidney and you like fried chicken and home made icecream keep a lookout for Lick a Chick.

In the National Park there is a campground at Broad Cove which is nice.
It's north of Ingonish and good to leave your rig and do day trips.
Black Beach is also very nice for a "day at the beach". (Black Brook?????)
Anyway, enjoy, we just got back and it's breathtaking in spots.

UPDATE: We are now in New Brunswick at Parlee Beach Provincial Park. We are packed like sardines here...........not our type of camping. One more night and we're on our way to Inverness N.S.
By the way, we went to a grocery store and when it was time to pay, they wouldn't take our debit card. To them they are considered credit card because of the visa logo at the bottom !!!!! We had to leave all the groceries on the counter.
We then went to an ATM machine that you see in stores, and again it didn't work. We finally went to an ATM at a bank and this time it worked ( I took out $60.00 canadian and I just checked my bank account this morning and it cost me $58.13 american.
Talk to you when we'll be in Nova Scotia.........and maybe a picture with my post.
