I have a Raptor 300MP and have installed a second air conditioner. I will be traveling from Texas to South Dakota next week and want to do a couple of rest stop overnighters. Does anyone know how long (hours) I can expecgt to run both a/c's, lights, etc. with my on-board generator and my 29 gal. on-board fuel tank?

For the Onan 5500, I believe the fuel consumption range is 0.4 - 0.8 gallons per hour.
If you're running both A/C's along with some lights and other stuff, let's err on the side of 0.8 gph.
That should give you roughly 36 hours of gen use time off 29 gallons.
Now, I have heard that the generator shuts off at 1/4 tank which throws a wrench in that calculation. I'm not positive, but perhaps someone can chime in and confirm that....
Have fun!

Plan on 1/2 to 1 gallon per hour for fuel consumption.

whoa!
Hold on there. They might be right as far as the fuel consumption goes.
The 5.5 kw onan in my Raptor runs about half a gallon per hour at 50% load.
BUT....I don't think your generator will run BOTH air conditioners at the same time.
I know mine won't, and Keystone says they're not intended to.
Especially at start up.
Try it and I'll bet it'll just blow the breaker on the generator.
Sorry,
Anthony

p.s. I think that part about stopping at a quarter tank is true, but only on motorhomes. I had a 1997 Fleetwood Jamboree Rally Class C with a 4K Onan, and it would shut off at a quarter tank. That was to prevent you from running your gas tank dry and leaving yourself stranded and unable to start the engine.
Not sure that it applies to towed trailers, but I would think not.
