I just put one in my 18' Starcraft (Jayco) bathroom and I nicked 2 inches off the bottom of the door to keep air moving with the door closed. It has a hollow core door so I had to take the bottom frame piece out of the chunk I cut off and glue it back inside the door skins. Not rocket science but easier with a table saw and patience.
The fan moves so much air I can just about fly a kite in front of an open window!

I just installed today a Maxxair FanMate 850 over my bathroom Fantastic fan - easy to do after all - I was a tad worried about climbing, but I used my step ladder, knee over teh roof and I was up there in no time - my wife watched over me, just in case the wind would blow me off
I picked it up at Camping World in Myrtle Beach last week for around $85.
Very nice to be able to leave it open even when it rains.
As Chuck S said, turn it off when flushing... or the bouquet of fragrances will be strong.

I am going to put the fan in the middle of the camper, going to see how it works and then probably put one in the bathroom to replace the factory noise maker.
