I agree with the others BUT when u get it in writting, you leave a clause stating that if you're unhappy with the new TE's or don't meet your expectation's you need a full refund or buy back. I think you have some doubt and what to explore other options as you should. Options meaning other haulers.

Man, Thats how they all should take care of their issues. Option 3 is a no brainer.

Yeah, option three seems to be the smart money choice.

Option two leaves issues with cost unless they are identically priced to begin with. Don't think any other Keystone trailer out there had the $83.5K MSRP as this one did. Gonna have to check out the Raptors if I can find any around here.

Tim did say that he is unsure what will happen with the others that are out there. Might be a recal, or who knows. He said it's not his decision to make.

I don't think anyone could ask for better offers. I would get them in writing and signed by someone with the power to make it happen if you choose to wait.

Been a pretty crazy ride. We don't know what we are going to do. Me and the wife think diferently on this. I'm gonna shoot out an email to Tim today with some what ifs and see how they respond. Also, I will get everything in writing too.

Holy Cow! Now thats customer service..Forest River never offered me anything for my lemon, but to fix it.

Option 3 sounds the best, just make sure NOTHING happens while you are using it.

I'd go look for a new Raptor thats close and snatch it up myself.

No kidding!

Mav, since this is the trailer you wanted, I would go with option 3. WITH EVERY DETAIL IN WRITING SIGNED AND NOTARIZED. Don't give them a back door.

Almost forgot. What about the alignment issue? Must be something there as the transporter commented on the tracking. Might want that fixed if going for option 3.

It would be a moot point if they had a new touring edition for me to take.

Also, no word on the alignment issue. I'm guessing they didn't get past the pin weight issue during their research.
