MY Brake buddy that is 6 years old stop working, I called the manufacturer and they talked me through some tests said it's probally a new board or a valve but they wouldn't know until I sent it in. said about $125 - $150 depending on what it was. So I sent it in, ended up being a bad power cord which they replaced and for $60, plus sent me a direct connect kit (to the battery) for free. They said that it would prevent it from happening again. Great company to deal with quick friendly, service, less expensive then I thought it would be and it works! will buy from them again in a minute. On a trip out west last year the power cord plug got broken. They sent a new cord to our next destination. This year we had the same type problem with the board. Sent to the manufacturer and they replaced it. Cost was covered. Over that time they have replaced the circuit board and most recently the power cord. The circuit board was free (I just had to pay the shipping to them). The power cord was about $50.
