Lights on dingy quit working, just found this out with testing at the bulb socket on the toad, the dinghy has separate bulbs abd sockets for towing..............

"OK, tested right at the socket with a test light, had brakes applied and the test light lighted. With pedal on and I placed the bulb in the socket and the light would come on. When you took your foot off he brakes and tried again the bulb would not light.?"

JMO, but ... You already posted this in your active thread, you'll get better responses keeping everything in a single thread so folks know what you have already tried, and what did or didn't work.

I know it's frustrating, and it's probably something simple that hasn't raised it's ugly head yet.

something simple like a defective blub? corrosion on blub base ?. bad blub base?

Do you have a brake system that is wired into the brake lights? That might be something...
