Nitro PDF or Foxit both have software that should do what you want. IIRC both are around $100.

I just downloaded Nitro PDF Reader, free, and have played around a bit with it. If it does what their web site says, it should fill your needs. Just google nitro pdf reader.

I gave up on the various cheapies or free programs. None of them worked properly, or they were so cumbersome that I couldn't be bothered to try to figure them out.

I searched Craigslist for Adobe Acrobat and found a guy selling several OEM discs for 15 bucks each. I bought two of them, one for my at home PC and one for my laptop.

As previously mentioned, Adobe invented it. Their software works great.

I can convert my Excel based invoices, Word documents and a wide variety of things to PDF effortlessly.

Just go get Acrobat and call it done!!
