We use a JetBoil backpack stove and drip one cup at a time - store it anywhere since it is so small.

Coffee pot sits in the sink. Tried the nonskid and one sharp turn took the pot right off it, now it stays in the sink when traveling.

The Toaster....well I had to give that away.
The first time I made toast it set off the smoke detector and of course it took me forever to shut it off! The high pitched alarm sent my dog off screaming at the top of her lungs.
Second time I made toast I took smoke detector down first to avoid any more outbursts from the dog. But that did not work.

Sadly now all my dog has to do is 'smell' toast and she starts screaming. She associates the smell of toast with the anticipation of the smoke alarm going off. I now have a 'toast-free' MH.
If only they could learn training lessons that quickly.

ROTFLMAO

I'm so not sure what we're going to do. Our toaster is an under-
counter model that I'm falling in love with. The rest of the stuff I have no idea yet. Since we are coffee nuts the Bunn (trying to find a thermal carafe for it), the burr grinder, and the bean roaster all have to find homes. The Kitchen Aid stand mixer, food processor, and all the other toys will more than likely be stored in bins in the basement. The portable ice machine will be on top of the wine cooler with non skid under it.

I'm hoping to get my personal chef business off the ground as we travel - so most of my toys are going with us - probably in the trailer we're going to tow. Some things may have to be stored or sold.

Paranoia is only hindsight in advance.

My toaster came in a box with styrofoam. So when we are packing up to move I put it back in the same box and put it in the overhead. The coffee machine sits in the sink in the Presidenital but in our newer Mobile Suite there is a place to store both items and the door slides down over them and can't move till it's put up by the human hand since it's heavy.
DH would be lost without his toast in the morning along with his brewed coffee which of course, he makes while I'm opening my eyes and starting to get up. Gets me up quickly for that fresh hot coffee and toast.
