Where do you store your toaster and coffee pot in your RV when you are driving? We are new to RVing and not sure where to store them. I thought about trying instant coffee when traveling, but just couldn't stand the thought...
We have storage under the couch and under the RV???

I usually don't put my appliances under the RV, but have designated spots in the cupboards for almost everything. The coffee pot goes in the kitchen sink. The toaster goes in an overhead cupboard. We've been full time for 7 years now and I have finally gotten things organized so that everything has a spot.

Safe travels,

Yeah, I know what you mean about instant coffee. Good reason to give up camping if I had to drink it just because of storage space.
My three (yes three) coffee appliances are as follows:

Espresso machine: Strapped with a Velcro strap to the kitchen wall
Keurig One-Cup: Attached to counter with double-sided tape
Black & Decker 12-Cup: Under Counter model so it stays there
Wife, when she complains of too little counter space and wants espresso machine gone: Placed on roof rack with NO Velcro strap!!

Here's one for you; I don't store them at all. They stay on the counter on that non skid stuff you buy in rolls. My counter is in a small L and in the corner of the L which is deeper, I have the coffee pot in the corner and the toaster resides next to it. Never have they moved. In fact I keep a piece of the nonskid stuff under the glass coffee pot and it stays in its spot.

I, too, keep the coffee pot and toaster on non-skid stuff behind the range top,
next to the wall. Hasn't bounced off yet... in 18 years. They find their way to the same place in each RV I get.

So far everything has it's own place in the cabinets, but since we dry camp a lot with no genny (until recently anyway), I needed a way to make coffee without a machine... and I won't do instant. I buy the Folger's coffee singles and heat my water on the stove in a kettle. I'm thinking about going by a tea shop to see if I can put my own coffee grounds in tea bags for custom coffee singles. :-)

We hunted and found a coffee pot with a glass interior/plastic exterior thermal carafe. It's a cuisinart but they don't make our model anymore. Everything has a dual walled stainless steel carafe... or glass. I dislike the glass carafe's. Can't stand the thought of one of them breaking and having glass everywhere.

Anyway, the coffee maker sets into the sink (in a plastic dish pan) and we can make coffee while we're going down the road. It stays nice and hot all day long.

The toaster sets on the floor under the kitchen table. I have a tray under it for the crumbs. Lots of things get tucked under the kitchen table while we're moving. I don't have anything on the counters because in a sudden stop, I don't want anything moving or flying around.

Our Espresso machine is on the top of the counter. It's heavy and has good rubber feet, so it never slides. We don't have a toaster over, but do have a Panini maker that's stored in the pantry.

I saved the boxes that the coffee maker and toaster came in. I just cut the lid off. Both appliances are stored in their box in a kitchen cabinet while we travel.

The nice thing about storing them in their boxes is that the toaster doesn't get crumbs all over the place and the coffee pot won't fall out and break.
