After emailing our dealer, then Gregg at Forest River, we have an appointment in November to bring the camper to the factory for inspection and replacement of the bunks ends and seals, plus whatever other damage that may have been caused.

Repairs are being delayed so that we don't have to change our camping schedule which is busy from now till the end of October.

I got quick responses to my emails and questions.

Sounds like they will make it right.....

Frustrating to say the least, but at least they are planning on taking care of you! Hope you can still enjoy your camping season.
