Just checked Gander Mountain web site, they don't list it. Checked several other sites and some said it's restricted to military or law enforcement and medical personnel. I was thinking it would be great to have it on hand in a first aid kit or to carry when hunting.

I'm not trying to stir anything up because I am not a medical professional, but I'm curious: I have a clotting factor and am on coumadin for life as well. But I don't bleed any more than I did before coumadin. Could it be that your INR levels are too high? Like I said, I'm not a doctor. I always heard that coumadin causes clotting problems by nature, but I don't seem to have that problem at all. I'm constantly cutting/nicking my hands, etc., and I stop bleeding as quickly as I ever did. BTW - do you think coumadin makes you feel tired?

Like nadkaw1957 I am also on blood thinners. At first I had to have INR blood tests twice a week and then weekly until I found the right dosage. I have not had any problems with stopping bleeding and I am now doing my blood tests on a monthly basis. I still use the same procedure to deal with cuts as I did pre blood thinner and with the same results.
