I've been trying to figure out the same thing, how much my '04 Suburban will tow. Here is what I've figured out
Suburban empty 5200 lbs
People and gear 800 lbs.
GCWR 13000 lbs
That leaves me 7000 lbs to tow. Now if I had 4:10's instead of 3:73's, the GCWR goes up to 14,000 lbs.
That trailer looks to be right within the numbers. I can't remember now but it looked a little heavy on the tongue, mine says 600 lbs max tongue weight.
Went and weighed my Suburban the other night, 6220 lbs with a full tank of fuel, me and my two boys, ages 5 and 3. Mine is a Z71 with all the options.
That's a good start. Now, what is the GVWR of the Suburban? Subtract the 6220 for the trucks GVWR to find out what is left for tonque weight. Now divide this tongue weight by 0.15 to get the maximum weight the trailer can weigh. This will give you the maximum, now you need to decide if you are comfortable at maximum or do you want some wiggle room for comfort.

I have a 2002 Yukon XL Denali and a 324BHS.
We've towed it about 10,000 miles so far... mostly between Toronto and Florida several times plus some local trips.
The Denali has a seperate transmission cooler and temp guage and we use tow/haul mode and 3rd gear all the way.
Although we're nearing the capacity of bothe the trailer/truck and combination it does tow pretty well.
We use an Equalizer hitch which I'm very happy with.

I just checked the numbers on the TV...yours is rated at 7,200 with the 3.73 while the Denali with the 6.0 litre is rated at 8,000.
also FYI we use a Sherline scale and always measure the tongue weight before we leave. Usually we're at about 850-950 pounds. Our hitch says max 1,000 on it.

You may be ok if you stay in Oklahoma.
Leaving OK "in the broad daylight" and heading to the hills will certainly be a white knuckle experience.

I'd suggest you ask this question in the travel trailer forum. That KZ is WAAAAY bigger than anything we are pulling here!
Those kind folks are familiar with what your needs are and can get great answers to you fast.
