I would replace it with OSB in whatever thickness that came out. Unless you want it thicker.

I think you could get away with CDX plywood and if your want it rated structurally then get CDX Struct 1. You might also consider marine grade plywood but then this would kinda of lead to assuming it might get wet again. Depending on cost though OSB would not be bad either as it's very strong too...as long as it stays dry.

If not 100% sure water intrusion is solved spend the money for marine plywood.

Thinking that that might be the best solution,
Going with some "pressure treated" 2" X 4"'s for the framing, just can't be 100% sure things won't get wet again.
thanks

Our friends had a Thor Tahoe and one night while camping the went to pull up the aluminum poles out of the floor to make the dinette into a bed and up came the rotted out floor with the poles. They had just bought this trailer a year earlier used and didn't know the history of it.

Took it in to get the floor replaced and they couldn't find out where the leak was coming from. Everything was repaired and put back together and the recommendation of the repair facility was to sell it before this happened again. They sold it a few months later. Hope you find your leak. Good luck with the repair.

I know the cargo door is leaking, thats how I found out the floor was bad. It caved in when I climbed inside to reach some things way over on the other side. Also I suspect that the aluminum diamond plate on the front lower portion of the right front side is leaking.
The Garage area is also "spongy" and needs repair.
They use "JUNK" partical board thru out the rig, always tightening screws, or putting longer screws in and putting anchors into the wood to hold screws.

Getting there, 3 sides have hit solid wood, working on the 4th side to the right of the pics

Looks like its NOT leaking from the top, but from the right side door area and maybe the front right lower seam.

Getting better, need some more plywood to finish the bed platform and add a few more crossmembers to support it.

Then some lineolium or carpet for the storage area after sanding and caulking and then some more water sealer

And then put the water heater back in.

Bob-
That looks great!
Maybe I missed it in an earlier post but where was the water coming from?
