After I cut out the rest of the plywood/framing and get things squared away,
What type of plywood should I use ??

I plan on getting some "pressure treated" framing to replace the damaged stuff and applying some type of shellac or lacquer to the plywood. After I spray some bleach on all the remaining wood that I can't replace to kill any mold. Any suggestions ??

If this goes well, my next project is the rear cargo area floor, hope its not as bad as the storage area. The junk 1/2" wood they used is a joke.

At first I thought the water heater was leaking, but the water pump does not cycle on and off, so I will look at the sink drain which is near to where the worst damage is, but I suspect the cargo door does not seal that well and allows water in when raining or washing. The moisture is then trapped between the linoleum and the plastic liner on the bottom, there was standing water under the rotted wood.

Thanks

You've got that cut back so far how are you going to reconnect the floor joists? I'm assuming the black paper is the bottom vapor barrier correct? Did you definitely find the source of the water? Could it be a roof leak? It looks like its worse on the right side which is the very front of the trailer isn't it? You could be getting water where the roof/front cap meet and its running down the front and into the floor.

Yes the plastic is the vapor barrier and were looking at the very front of the trailer.

Looking into the sink drain for a leak, should not be a pressurized water leak since the pump does not cycle. Also the seal around the cargo door is suspect. The worst damage would be right inside the right outside door (I had already removed some of the rotted floor before the pic).
There is a steel beam at the front and a few inches from the inside door (left side in the pic) that I can anchor the floor beams to, along with some steel straps to connect the existing joists to the new beams. Didn't want to cut the joists back that far but they were rotted.
Just need to trim a little more and square things up before I start the rebuild.

This wasnt today, but the back area just had the white cabinet on the driver side (generator house)

I have since built shelves/cabinets between generator house and toolbox and put in a bookcase. will try and get pics soon.

THANKS in advance
