Second the Nutella. Chocolate striped coockies are great for kids, less mess.

I would suggest a nice, smooth red... California Merlot, perhaps, with chocolate. Happy camping!

Pecan Sandies are terrific too. I have also used Nestle's Crunch and Mr. Goodbar for the candy and have used the chocolate or toasted coconut marshmallows (when I can find them)

We use Keebler Fudge Stripe Cookies and no chocolate bar. The chocolate is on the bottom of the cookie and melts real nicely once you place the hot marshmallow on it.

I've always wanted to make z'mores with flavored marshmallows, that sounds wonderful to me.

I once bought some flavored marshmallows from Laura's Candy added some Keebler Fudge Stripe Cookies, wrapped them up and gave them away as a raffle prize at an RV.net rally.

Check out Laura's web site, she has some amazing concoctions for different z'mores too!

Our favorite is to use Hershey's Special Dark candy bars. I have also found the brand of Graham Crackers makes a difference too, Nabisco and Keebler are my preferred.

Instead of candy bars, I put out a can of chocolate frosting. Is it a can when it is made of plastic?
Children who are making their own almost all take the frosting instead of the candy bar pieces.

Hi,

I love white chocolate with my s'mores with vanilla wafer cookies! YUM!

Wine - I would say depends on the chocolcate - a deep, red wine with the dark chocolcate s'more. :-)
