I am going to give this a try tonite with a side of cold sesame-peanut noodles.

I never thought about using it with wings but boy that sounds interesting!
You could spice it up to your preference and it would be easier to make then deep frying; more healthy too!
If you check the link out....there are a lot of other good recipes to try although we haven't yet; we intend to.

Came out great. Only took about 20 min. The chicken was moist, it did not over cook, even when the outside was golden brown.
I did make the sesame noodles, and some stir fried peapods and water chestnuts to go with it. A very nice meal. I have cold leftovers for lunch tomorrow, will make a nice cold salad plate.

Loved this recipe. Will make this again for sure. Great warmed the next day also.
