Hi,

I need help. I have an 08 Rockwood with a Concertone System. I know...I've read, people say they are no good. My problem is that I am at a KOa and they have cable/sattelite (they can't tell me which). Anyhow I have my cable from the box to the exterior of my rig and a cable from my tvto the tv jack.

I have gone to the menu and changed the tv setting to be cable the other option is "Air" (?) I did the channel search and it gave me 114 channels, but no picture it keeps saying channel 114 no sync!!! What am I doing wrong? I can't get a picture. The stereo part of the unit is set to TV.

If I remember for cable you have to set the concertone to input 1 and move the switch in the cabinet down to the second position and turn the antenna boost off. Haven't had a cable hook up for some time so memory is not 100%. Good Luck.

H&E sounds correct. Be sure the antenna booster is OFF. That is critical. The only time I have seen the sync message was when they put in my newest unit and forgot to hook up the cable to the back of the Concertone unit. There is a splitter in there and one side goes to the TV, the other to the Concertone unit. I had audio but no video.
