Do a google search on dometic refrigerator recall. I did, and found my 1999 Layton I just purchased had not had the recall done on it's refer. Thanks to Open Roads Forum and RV.NET I just got it fixed yesterday. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I just bought a 1996 Terry and cked the numbers and sure enough my refrigerator is on the list I wonder it they will still fix it?

I believe they will. I don't think there was a time limit on the recall.

Remove the outside panel and see if there is a whole bunch of sheet metal surrounding the burner assembly. If you cannot see a round, approximately 3 or 4 inch diameter tube running up towards the roof then you probably have the fix done already. If you can see that burner assembly then you have not had it done.
