Update for North Whidbey RV Park.
As of the weekend of the 26-28 March they are free but nobody could access the WIFI because it said Transfer Limit Exceeded. Don't know what the problem was as the office was closed Saturday and Sunday. Also, I found there is new owners taking over this year so we don't know what the WIFI status will be.

Some ISP's put a monthly cap on how much an account can download. Sounds like they exceeded this limit.

that is a problem w/cable Internet DSL isn't so touchy, I also find it strange a park would be closed on the weekend.....BTW: we lived in Everett for over 20yrs.....Larimer Ridge area

LaPenita RV Park in LaPenita de Jaltemba, Nayarit Mexico has Free Wifi available throughout the Park. Also has free limited phone service to the US and Canada.
