RE: Tail lights and running lights not working

sounds like the multipurpose switch is bad due to the lack of use,,,I had to remove the switch ((the turn signal switch on the steering column)) and disaasemble it ,clean all the brass connectors and reinstall it and it worked fine.. it aint a easy job but can be done if you have any mechanical abilities at all....the only thing that worked on mine wasw the flashers..a new one cost abt 60.00 bucks at the zone...gd luck

I dont think you will find a set of prints so just get you a camera and a tape measure and a tablet and document every thing you do ,,post the project on this forum step by step and we will help you as best we caan,,look for the post that oldtrucker put on here ((its very long with a step by step instructions)) it will help you a lot ...

do you have vynil strips on it now if so you will havew to remove them((quit a job but can be done)) do you plan to brush or spray them back on.. This job requires a lot of prep work and time.. Prep time tw0 days ,,spray time 15 mins..

after you cross the I-10 BRIDGE IN pENSACOLA THERE IS A REST STATION THATS A VERY NICE place to sleep for a while..also there is a nice camp ground rite after you cross the I-10 bridge exit at exit 22 and turn right go for abt 1/2 mile and there it is rite on the bay ,,,this is if you are goin east ofcourse...sorry abt the shoutin ,,my crooked finger got in rthe way....

hey driver did you run all 12ga wire for your 115vac circuits...I see your breakers are 20 and 30 amp ,,I was always told to run only 15 amp brkrs for 14 ga wire ,,20 amp circuit is tto heavy for 14ga and will cause the 14ga wire to get hot before the breaker will trip,,,but I cld be wrong ...

pressure test for water leaks

Does anyone have an opinion on the pressure test on a m/h for leaks ande is 40.00 a good price if I take the unit to them and 50.00 if they come to me....

if this lite is supposed to come on whn the door is open then it cld be the door switch not makin grd..had it happen to me ..new a good clnin of the switch solved the prob...

at 65 or 70 speeds you want have to worry abt it much longer..I used to drive 70 unt5il I topped a hill on I-85 and there was an accident sittin the middle of the interstate it was all I cld do to aviod the wreck,,,,yeppeers slowed me down now it around 60 miles an hour...

time for the repair...

warm weather is around da corner and its time to repair the delame on da side of my c/c,,cant wait to get started,,,will try to post pics....man I love :hthis stuff ( REPAIR)) cus it saves me somuch money...

oldtrucker seems to have good luck with photobucket and maby he can tell you how to make it work ,,I have very little sucess with transfering pics to and from it...but then agn Im 70 yrs old and barely know how to turn the thing on...
